In Mozambique, a new Shopping Centre is under construction with coatings from DVM, an IBG Group company dedicated to the construction finishes sector. The Marginal Mall occupies an area of 25000m2 with about 100 stores planned. A building with an architecture that reflects its unique location, just in front of the bay of Maputo and that will have a varied offer of shopping, leisure, services and food stores.
The construction of the mall is already underway and DVM will be responsible for the application of false ceilings and fire walls to stores as well as thermal insulation.
Mozambique is a strategic market for the IBG Group. A country, where many of our companies, from different branches of business, have ongoing projects.
