Last Saturday, June 8th, IBG Group employees were challenged to have a different experience, participating in various activities.
The day was spent in the Gerês Mountain Range, starting with a seven-kilometer hike, where everyone could bond as a team and also have direct contact with the magnificent landscapes of this location.
The afternoon was filled with activities on the waters of the Caldo River, including a boat trip and a Stand Up Paddle experience.
IBG Group’s concern for keeping its employees motivated is an ongoing commitment, allowing the creation of a healthy environment of friendship and camaraderie both inside and outside the workplace.
