Emergency plan organization was the focus of training at IBG.
During this week, on May 29th, a training session on Emergency Plan in case of disaster took place at the Oleiros Business Center (CNO), attended by all employees of IBG Group companies operating in CNO.
The training aimed to alert employees to best practices in an emergency situation, emphasizing that prevention and action can make a difference when initiated at the right moment.
The training included a work plan, taking the opportunity to introduce the intervention teams, first aid teams, and evacuation teams, thus ensuring that all participants are aware of their roles in case of emergency.
In addition to introducing these teams, the training also included indicating various exit points and meeting points, as well as various strategies for safe and effective evacuation, ensuring a strategically well-organized plan is always in place.
