One year after the beginning of the construction works, Sakumono is now at an advanced construction stage. A reference project developed by Trust F-line Properties, an IBG Group company, operating in the Real Estate Development in the region of WESTERN Africa.
The Sakumono development is located next to Accra (12km), consisting of a housing development of 15 buildings of four floors. With a level of mid-range finishes, the construction is in charge of Grow-Acticon Engineering and Construction Limited.
Respecting the regional architecture, and based on an optimization of spaces grounded in a concrete resistant structure walls and flat slabs, the 240 apartments are divided into five gated community with all infrastructure.
