PGI, one of the group`s companies dedicated to real estate development, is planning the construction of a new business center in Mozambique`s capital which will provide facilities of several companies of different business areas. The building site with 35 000 m2, owned by PGI, is located in Mathelemele, next to the new ring road of Maputo.
It will have all infrastructures: streets and networks of water distribution services, energy and sewage drainage. The project consists of 24 lots with an average area of 870 m2, in which warehouses in metal structures will be built ready to receive equipment from the companies.
In the first phase of the Group own companies will be installed, covering six of the Business center lots:
- DVM Moçambique
- Grow Engineering
- Conformetal Moçambique
- WASI – Metallic Works
- Vitroglass Moçambique
- Madeira Moz
The conclusion of the first stage is predicted to next November.
